Mobile App Design Program Manager

Worked alongside the Director of Mobile Design in various design initiatives, the biggest being mobile design consistency across apps and workflows. This work set the stage for the transformation of Creative Cloud from a collection of apps and products to a true ecosystem.

*Collaborated with SVP/VP level management in engineering, product to scale cross functional operations that helped transform the creative org from a siloed group of products to a true ecosystem.
*Worked closely with Sr. Director of Mobile Design to drive and optimize daily operations and alignment across 9 members of the mobile design team that were responsible for 12 apps and cross app design consistency.
*Engaged with multiple stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and designers to bring concepts to reality at every stage of development
*Project Maestro - to funnel an animation tool concept through user validation and design iteration and VP review that leveraged touch interfaces to create organic motion and behaviours.
*Project Faces- worked with design team to drive a feasibility study of a mobile typeface design app.
*Drove alignment across 6 app team for cross app and mobile to desktop workflows
