Adobe Fresco

Adobe Fresco was Adobe's first foray into a mobile first, cloud first app on iOS and Windows. It included powerful AI powered live brushes as well as both raster and vector brushes. It has reached over 2M users and counting.
Role description/Accomplishments:
*Led the zero to launch delivery of Adobe Fresco, a flagship, AI and cloud based drawing and painting app for the next generation of professionals and consumers on iOS and Windows. *Recognized by Popular Science as one of “100 Greatest Innovations of 2019” and Fast Company’s Top 25 Apps of 2019.
*Lead 50+ member team to navigate entire product lifecycle from an nascent idea to release and reach 500K users and drove 3M+ in ARR.
*Applied agile methods to continuously improve cross functional operations that resulted in a consistent, high quality monthly release cadence and saving 6K+ dev hours in the year leading up to the official release.
*Built high functioning relationships with 35+ stakeholder entities and drive alignment across organizations and C-suite.
*Worked with Product management leadership to co-Author a best practices playbook on mobile app development at Adobe.
